Pay Range: $100,000-$142,000
What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- Custodian of business analysis best practices
- Coach team members in the key principles of business analysis and project implementation lifecycle
- Guide hiring process and transition of new analysts to the team.
- Support team to fulfil their responsibilities and deliverables on projects.
- Represent and advocate for team needs.
- Review scope documents, requirements and designs to ensure they are well analyzed, modeled, and communicated.
- Work with project managers and other IT leaders to define roles and responsibilities on each project.
- Identify project delivery issues and risks, escalate where necessary.
- Contribute to overall project status reporting.
- Work closely with business leaders to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree in Information Technology, Accounting or related field preferred.
- 3+ years in a business analyst or similar role preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology Analysis, design, configuration and testing preferred.
