- Train to administer operational system that promotes ongoing maintenance to the entire store asset
- Train to foster a workplace that results in the development of a high performing team
- Train to recruit, develop, and inspire a highly effective team of retail associates
- Train how to manage product offerings
- Support frontline employees during high traffic on various POS and transaction devices
- Train to onboard and train new employees to prescribed staff levels, up to 350 employees
- Train to administer employee performance management throughout employee life cycle
- Train to control labor and overtime
- Enforce Company policies and procedures
- Train to implement inventory control
- Deliver clean, friendly, and in-stock to a pronounced level
- Train to provide guidance through observing, mentoring, and coaching staff
- Train to be a role model and leader; must solve problems, make informed decisions, and manage the workforce and time wisely in order to achieve maximum results
- Train to ensure that all staff are meeting the execution of daily tasks and operational goals
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant and extensive retail experience preferred
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel
