Manager, Financial Due Diligence (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, San Francisco, CA. Advise clients on accounting related valuation issues. Work on a wide range of services from an accounting prospective including business enterprise valuations and intangible and tangible asset valuations for mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, financial reporting and tax purposes. Perform private equity valuations and investment valuation based on appropriate GAAP rules. Supervise and coach teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $171,000/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: US CPA license or foreign equivalent.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Leveraging business combinations and strategic business issues and trends;
- Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection;
- Assessing target companies' quality earnings, net assets, and cash flows; and,
- Providing Financial Due Diligence and other transaction-related services utilizing accounting technical knowledge.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
