As a WellNow clinical team member, you will be a vital part of the team and will maintain the "path" between supporting our education and training specialists, clinical field trainers and clinical teams. You will be a part of a team that is dedicated to improving the delivery and quality of healthcare to our Urgent Care patients, while being part of a medical community in which you are supported in your growth as a medical professional.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Support clinical staff education and training department and development
• Create, design, implement, and present education and training for new and existing clinical team members
• Develop and cultivate a successful onboarding experience for both clinical staff and trainers
• Outstanding Patient Care and Medical Knowledge
• Superior Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Collaborates with Clinical Operations Department
• Promotes WellNow culture by modeling the mission and values of the organization
• Knowledge in multiple methods and principles for designing programs to teach, train and instruct both groups and individuals, including the means of assessing the effects of training
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and accustomed to working with people from a variety of backgrounds
• Assist with coordinating onboarding plan for new educational and training specialists
• Committed to the specialty of Urgent Care, with a focus on serving our communities with efficient, convenient, and quality care with continued clinical and patient experience training.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in training and education.
• Ability to create, develop, implement and present education and training material.
• In person and virtual training experience with computer knowledge and skills
• Ability to apply written instructions and standardized work practices
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with Clinical Operations Teams, providers, and staff.
• Able to withstand physical & mental demands: standing, walking, stooping, and bending. Requires ability to move equipment and transfer patients.
• Excellent listening and note-taking skills
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system(s)
• Strong communication skills, including ability to hold coaching conversations

• Friendly and customer service oriented
• Minimal travel as needed
EDUCATION:
• RN/LPN Certification Required
• Paramedic Certification (preferred)
REQUIRED LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION:
• Registered Nurse

• Paramedic
