QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required preferably in business or supply chain related field
- A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment
- Over 3 years of leadership experiencewhich includes management of direct report
- APICS (Association of Supply Chain Management)-Certified in Logistics Transportation and Distribution

- Standard business hours are generally observed, with work from home schedules and flexibility on start/end times, and there may also be opportunities for periodic domestic/international travel (up to 10%)

Job Summary:
- Mentors, coaches, and contributes to the development of the team on standard policies, procedures and best practices while promoting professional growth
