Minimum Salary: $90,000.00
Maximum Salary: $115,000.00

This position can be in any location within the New York Territory at Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages.
This position will manage the Customer Care function for a designated Liberty geography and will be responsible for providing effective on-site support and technical assistance with cooler placements which includes installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime.
- Drive and execute on Liberty’s Cold Drink Strategy
- Design and develop field support structure within the area of responsibility.
- Execute methodologies to prioritize service calls.
- Assign and manage area of responsibility.
- Develop parts and service call volume forecast within area of responsibility.
- Ensure all Operational Policies and Procedures are observed.
- Develop business plans and execute against annual business plan goals.
- Develop manpower plans for Field Service and Installation personnel.
- Oversee employee evaluation and career development.
- Develop and enhance operational control procedures.
- Manage compliance to policies and procedures of Liberty Coca-Cola.
- Remain proficient in all applicable areas of CONA (Parts Management, Settlement, Planning and Service Management).
- Ensure effective communication between set-up and Installation/Delivery Supervisors.
- Manage the order and control processes for truck and field inventories of equipment.
- Track and report accuracy of vehicle parts order fulfillment.
- Ensure data integrity as it relates to installation and reactive service activities.
- Drive initiatives and results, ensuring excellence in performance; set the bar high in terms of results expected and seek to surpass it.
- 3-5 years experience managing in Sales Operations
- Effective work force planning
- Labor Relations & negotiation skills
- Excellent Conflict resolution skills
- Previous Forecasting Experience
- Excellent Communication (Written and Oral)
- Proven Analytical skills
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 2 years leadership experience
- People Leadership – proficiency
- Demonstrated financial acumen
- MS/MA/MBA
- 2 years management of a service organization
- Proven ability to lead teams and to effect change and improvement
- Knowledge of Liberty Coca-Cola CDE Service Business
- 5 years with experience in CDE operations
