We are hiring a Manager of HubSpot CRM to work closely with our sales organization in optimizing the use of Hubspot.
The position is expected to be in our beautiful corporate office located in San Ramon, CA. We may consider remote options for the right individual.
This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement of at least 3 days a week in our office.

ARC offers a competitive salary of $75,000 to $85,000 per year DOE, and performance-based bonus. - Input and update customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize customer information.
- Support the implementation of CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Provide technical support to team members using the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on CRM usage and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot CRM features and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools and technologies.
