Adecco Medical & Science is hiring Manager, Coding Quality for a full-time, direct-hire position in Tampa, FL for one of our esteemed clients!
In this position, you will provide coding and coding auditing services directly to healthcare providers.

Type: Full-time, hybrid, two days in the corporate office
Schedule: Availability to work any hours between 7am to 6pm Monday – Friday
Pay rate: $112K to $115K/Annually
Responsibilities:
· Analyze and translate medical and clinical diagnoses, procedures, injuries or illnesses into designated numerical codes.
· Correlate coding accuracy with correct Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) assignment for Medicare Advantage/Risk and/or Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10), Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS), and Modifiers for Fee-for-Service (FFS).
· Ensure compliance with all aspects of Coding and Corporate Compliance standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Certification

Pay Details: $112,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
