Regional responsibility North America for Controlling of Business Unit Wiper Systems (MA-WS), located in Plymouth, MI.

Commercial Business Partner for all entrepreneurial questions and decisions within the Regional Business Unit

• Direct lead of BU-Controlling team in Ply including sales controlling and offer calculations as shared function for SCP.
• Steer and oversee BU target deploymnt for WS-NA in TBP and BDP planning; ensure achievement of financial KPIs including Net Working Capital.
• Analyze and present monthly business results (MBR) and define and implement action items and/or countermeasures.
• Ensure transparency, correctness, and consistency of data in reporting.
• Ensure achievement of cost and price measures of the plant and the RBU and report their progress in the corresponding Business Unit SteerCo and Management Meetings
• Collaborate and align with Go-to-market (GTM), Value Stream Excellence (VSE) and other enabling functions to achieve Business Units strategic and operational targets.
• Active role in divisions controller community including deployment and implementation of initiatives and targets
• Actively develop associates, foster strong teams, identifying and promoting talent

Required:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent area of study.
• 5+ years of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) experience, including budgeting, forecasting, transfer price management and analysis.
• Thorough knowledge of financial analysis and accounting procedures, knowledge of other departments' procedures relative to financial, budgetary analysis and internal availability of operational data.
• Experience in preparing and presenting commercial evaluations and recommendations to management
• Strong result orientation and cross functional team spirit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, assertive, team-oriented, structured, analytical skills, consequent and inter-cultural experience.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong in decision making and focusing on results, understands and sees the whole picture of a complex regional organization and its segments by having an overarching business view.
• Responsible, accountable, and independent self-starter who is customer and relationship focused, yet analytical and persuasive.
• Passionate about continuous improvement of processes and systems

Preferred:

• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Multiple years of professional experience in Bosch Controlling
