As the Manager, Business Operations - Investment & Banking Services at True Link, you’ll dive in to lead some of our most critical business projects, from managing top priority compliance initiatives to leading projects to streamline operations and client service processes. You will take ownership of key strategic projects and drive cross-functional implementation to scale our investment advisory business with excellence. What You’ll Do

• Manage high-priority growth, operations, and legal/compliance projects for our investment advisory and Banking Services, driving from conceptualization through to implementation.
• Bring rigor, resilience and efficiency to investment advisory processes; identify risks and inefficiencies, and recommend and implement pragmatic solutions.
• Dive deep into the intricacies of analyses and processes, with an eye on how your insights impact the broader business landscape.
• Turn compliance requirements in our highly-regulated industry into actionable projects and processes.
• Engage with our clients regularly to implement projects and glean insights from their experience of our products and services
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Product, Growth, Operations, Compliance, and Client Services.

Who You Are

• 5+ years focused on Business Operations or strategy, in management consulting and/or start-ups
• Fintech experience, specifically in banking or investment management
• Structured thinker and communicator; ability to bring order to chaos, without being overwhelmed by uncertainty
• Fast learner who quickly builds knowledge about a new context, industry, or set of requirements
• Data extraction and analysis experience (SQL, Excel, Python etc.); comfort playing with numbers and making sense of them
• Strong work ethic, persistence, humility and detail-orientation; ability to plan and execute independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop great working relationships with True Link colleagues as well as external stakeholders and clients
