Manager, Business Continuity Program - Hybrid

In this role, you will manage the Business Continuity Program (BCP) and ensure it is aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements including BIA and Recovery Plan development, Critical Business Process Testing, Incident Response and 2nd Line Disaster Recovery. Serve as the lead on regulator discussions as it relates to Business Continuity and Incident Response.

• Build, maintain, lead and coordinate efforts to create, update and maintain departmental BIAs and Business Recovery Plans by working with the Business Continuity coordinators
• Maintain Business Continuity planning tool serve as administrator and assist with policy, procedure and master BCP development updates
• Develop recovery solutions using internal options and external vendors to ensure there is resilience for critical business processes
• Coordinate with the technology division to ensure alignment between Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs
• Lead, maintain and mature the Critical Business Process Testing program including test script development, test coordination and reporting working with technology during internal Disaster Recovery exercises, 3rd party vendors and service providers
• Manage incident response program including on-call program and overall organization response to incidents impacting normal business operations including technology and cyber incidents and physical security or facilities incidents
• Serve as the incident response primary on-call individual
• Manage incident response plan and playbook development and update risk assessments
• Develop and lead incident response tabletop exercises with the incident response team and executive management team
• Represent the organization during Business Continuity-related regulatory and audit discussions provide documentation to meetings and manage follow-up response
• Create training and awareness presentations, videos, and communications for program components and deliver in-person training during meetings, workshops and tabletop exercises
• Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem-resolution decisions
