The Role + Purpose:
The Manager of Brand Marketing is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring our brand's marketing campaigns to align with brand goals & vision . This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and effective project management. A self-motivated individual with a broad understanding of branding, brand recognition, proven marketing strategies, audience engagement, and marketing communication best practices.
- Facilitate scaling J.Crew Factory brand awareness through various marketing channels and initiatives
- Work with marketing and creative team to create and implement brand campaigns, whilst designing and implementing social media and influencer strategy to support
- Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives , day-to-day management of social media accounts / campaigns
- Measure, track and analyze marketing project effectiveness to determine the return on marketing investment.
- Develop robust influencer and content creator program, leveraging one-to-one relationships or vendor networks
- Create actionable plans to both build, grow and maintain followers across J.Crew Factory social media (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments. Act as the advocate of social, digital and emerging media integration within the Company, influencing overall site and business strategies.
Qualifications:
- BA required
- Experience in brand and social media marketing with demonstrated subject matter expertise in social, digital and emerging media platforms.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of social, digital and new media platforms, including technology, customer experience and integration across marketing touch points.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $97,600.00 - $122,000.00
