Manager, Blog Site ‘Joyful Mental Fitness For Gen Z'

We are a Silicon Valley-based, VC-funded, early-stage start-up, developing Quabble (http://quabble.app), introducing a new product category of ‘mind workouts’, focusing on regular engagement in mental exercises, similar to purchasing a gym membership for physical health.

More than half of American college students are persistently depressed, experiencing significant anxiety, and are very lonely most of the time. Among our users, predominantly US young women, 82% reported that they’re currently struggling with mental health issues.

Quabble aims to address this significant issue with habit-forming routines and scalable, safely moderated group programs. These were previously unfeasible until the recent enablement of LLM AI technology. Additionally, Quabble integrates fun gaming experiences to provide greater motivation.

While we are launching our app Quabble, we are also starting a Blog Site where the subject of ‘Joyful Mental Fitness for all’ is shared, and it will become a major user acquisition channel for Quabble. We are looking for an experienced blog manager who can kick off this blog creation together.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work remotely
• Working with the founding team, design the blog structure to cultivate joyful Mental Fitness for all. That includes the site and article structure for the best SEO outcome, the guide on the subjects and the forms of blog entries.
• Guide 50+ blog entry contributors who are ready to write so that they contribute content best supporting our objectives.
• Starting from this initial kick-off project, potentially more with a wider scope, even toward full-time employment with stock options so the company's success is directly linked to your significant financial upside.

REQUIRED QUALITY (only the applicant who checks all four below will be considered)

• Experience in building a Blog Site with successful SEO result
• Academic or professional background in mental health, such as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Come from our main user base (young US culture)
• Professional writing skills in copywriting, writing, or proofreading.
