The Area Sales Manager of FSOP (Food ServiceOn Premise) leads the execution of sales and promotional efforts within the FSOP accounts in the Hometown.
- Responsible for the execution and communication of all sales priorities, initiatives, and scorecard results.
- Review and approve sales proposals, contracts, and oversight of the Economic Analysis (EA).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Influence effective negotiation and selling with customers in collaboration with the Customer team.
- Participate in and prepare for monthly strategy review detail meetings.
- Positively represent Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company in the community.
- Mentor DSMs, MDMs, and BDLs to ensure a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of work experience required, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management with leadership and influencing skills required.
- Experience in sales, marketing or account management and leadership required.
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry required.
- Effectively communicates and builds relationships at all organizational levels; ability to both present ideas and influence decisions at leadership level.
- Outstanding presentation, selling, and negotiating skills.
- Strong problem resolution and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines.
