The National 4-Wheel Offroad Manager is responsible for designing and executing the Offroad Sports program driving credibility and awareness for the product and the brand. You will drive innovation and creativity in events and athlete projects with excellent effective execution. In addition, they will select and manage a nationally and globally recognized Athlete and Event portfolio including athlete performance, marketing and communications, professional support, etc.

Athlete Program

Selecting (identifying, negotiating, and executing contracts) relevant national sports personalities in various playgrounds with a perfect brand fit and optimizing impact and efficiency via professional target setting and controlling.

Servicing with the best individual package (performance, marketing, communication) while working cross-departmentally with the brand, Athlete Performance, and Media Network teams to credibly connect the brand to the consumer through the athletes.

On-going optimization of these co-operations.

Event Program

Design, develop, and improve an innovative and outstanding national event program by inventing and executing new events and athletes' projects.

Develop concepts that are tailor-made and highly relevant for regional and national consumer groups, that offer personal experiences to participants and spectators and creates unique media content. Manage and execute these concepts on a local and national level while working with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to sportive governing bodies, event producers, brand teams, regional teams, and media network teams.

Cross Program execution & Field Coaching

Identifying and evaluating offroad athlete or program inclusion in marketing activity and priorities across the region.

Educate and assist the internal teams executing offroad events. Priorities include building and innovating on event series and program frameworks for regional Marketing stakeholders and strategic oversight of subsequent execution, including but not limited to hiring and managing external agencies, supporting national media network plans to amplify the project, support national partners for series, etc.

Continue to push the boundaries of athlete and program innovation within the offroad and motorsports community, and beyond while continuing to bring the world of Red Bull to the Offroad community.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Marketing

Strong understanding of the Off-Road Motorsports industry and trends

Experince in successful project management and tentpole event management

Vital organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to present and communicate in an effective and impactful way

Networking skills and the ability to build relationships with partners, sponsors, and important stakeholders

Moderate travel required

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $101,365 to $112,035 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
