The Little Gym of Seattle is looking for a Management Trainee to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, excited, ambitious, and engaged. Are you ready to be a leader but you need some training? If so, we'd love to work with you! You'll help kids grow their skills and we'll help you grow yours!
This position starts as Part Time (20-30 hours/week) and has the potential to move to Full Time (32+ hours/week) in the future.

With more than 300 locations across the globe, The Little Gym is the world's premier enrichment and physical development center for kids ages 4 months through 12 years. For over four decades, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs. Parent/Child, Pre-K and Grade School classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe and nurturing environment which encourages children to develop at their own pace.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. Responsibilities
- Teach amazing Classes based on our proven curriculum (minimum 15 classes per week)
- Provide excellent customer service to our Members
- Be a rock-star teammate
- Keep our facility clean and disinfected at all time
Qualifications
- A background in gymnastics, child development, or physical education is a plus
- Customer service experience
- Relates well to customers of all ages
- Loves to have fun and help put a smile on people's faces
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
