Job Description
This analyst will support in the implementation of the HRM portion of Tyler ERP. Acting as a liaison between the HR team, the IT team and the Project Management team, this individual will support with developing processes, documenting configurations, creating reports for future HR use, writing testing plans and test scripts for configurations and processes, and will support training with scheduling and creating documents. This individual will be the “behind the scenes” HR person, ensuring we are prepared and ready to go live at a department level with resources and communication vehicles that will help us be successful.
- Experience in process development and UAT processes.
- Experience writing report definition and validating report outcome.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, especially ERP.
- Experience navigating the system to work through issue resolution.
- Skilled in writing training or SOP documentation. Experience with developing training plans and testing scripts.
- Curiosity to figure things out when there isn’t an obvious answer.
- Experience with training adult learners.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- IIBA Certification preferred.
- College degree preferred or 5+ years of professional experience.
