Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Mammography Technologist, you will perform a variety of mammographic examinations that often require independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative to best demonstrate the anatomy of interest. We are looking for someone to join our team that works hard to support each other where the patients are the center of all we do.
In this role:
- Must have a working knowledge of life-saving technique and be capable of performing well under pressure.
- You will assume the responsibility for specified examinations.
- You will be responsible to introduce the basics of mammography to student Technologists.
- You will demonstrate the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs.
- You will function as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
- State Registered Radiologic Technician
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
