The Makeup Artist is responsible for applying cosmetics to the face to improve or change the appearance of Spa customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating and transcribing all information regarding guest history, services performed and products used into the Spa Computer System
- In-depth knowledge of the latest industry techniques, equipment, service and products
- Working knowledge of skin and its functions in order to make essential decisions regarding products
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good dexterity in the fingers, wrists and hands
- Current state cosmetology or esthetician’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years professional background in cosmetology regarding makeup application
