The Position: We’re looking for a Make Ready Fielder. This is a full-time position. Some experience is preferred but not required. The pay range we’re offering is $22-$26 (depending on experience.)

Requirements:

· Some telecommunications/engineering experience is preferred but not required.

· Knowledge of GO95 regulations and standards for Make Ready preferred.

· Valid driver’s license and ability to accommodate travel in personal vehicle.

· Highly organized, self-starter, and detail oriented.

· Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to be flexible, take direction with ease, including changes to schedule and workflow priorities.

· Critical thinking skills: make assessments and provide solutions to problems.

· Ability to maintain professional tact in a fast-paced work environment.

· Ability to follow directions.

Job Details:

· Daily travel to job site(s) in company vehicle.

· 10 hour shift (Monday-Thursday)
