The Maître D will oversee banquet functions, ensuring exceptional service in line with our commitment to exceed guest expectations, drawing inspiration from the service standards of Ritz Carlton and the showmanship of Walt Disney. Responsibilities include developing and leading a dynamic team, hiring and training staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, implementing policies, overseeing service and beverage operations, and supporting wedding sales. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for excellence, be a supportive team builder, possess strong problem-solving skills, excel in interpersonal communication, exhibit meticulous attention to detail and organization, and embody a positive and approachable demeanor.
