Maintenance/Landscaping Associate

Holiday Hill Adventure Golf is looking for a reliable, skilled landscape and light maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep and property management tasks throughout our entertainment property. In this position, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the property including a wide variety of activities such as landscape upkeep (mowing, trimming, hedging, edging, & weeding) as well as minor repairs and cleaning to ensure that our property is clean and enjoyable for our customers. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping and some knowledge of plumbing & electrical. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. The successful candidate will manage a very busy and beautifully landscaped property.

• FT position from March – November (Year-round work is available but not required)
• Paid vacation and holidays
• Flexible working schedule. Start time is 6-7am from June-Aug.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform minor fixes such as electrical, masonry, and plumbing (light maintenance)
• Performs upkeep of grounds including mowing, hedging and maintenance of vegetation.
• Maintain grounds, including garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc.
• Perform necessary cleaning activities around the property

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Works well alone and without supervision
• Is responsible to manage entire property and maintain company standards
• Proven experience as a maintenance or landscape worker or other similar position
• Able to attend to maintenance emergencies if needed.
• Has a valid license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Takes pride in their work!
