- Pay Rate: $18 hourly
- Schedule: Monday to Friday; 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM and Saturdays & Sundays; 4:00AM to 12:00 PM
Job Qualifications:
- Must be able to follow schedule and checklist closely but stay flexible when needed.
- Must be punctual, thorough and have a great work ethic.
- Accurately record all completed tasks.
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment.
- Maintain, repair, clean, dust and mop the building grounds.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
