Homecorp Management is seeking a groundskeeper to join our team!

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced groundskeeper to join our apartment community team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. If you are passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds and common areas of the community.
• Picking up trash and debris and light landscaping.
• Pressure washing exterior sidewalks, curbs and breezeways.
• You will also be in charge of ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and stored, and that all safety guidelines are followed.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, replacing door handles, and cleaning and painting exterior doors.
• Clean and maintain parking lots and parking lots and parking areas.
• Housekeeping, and other areas as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted throughout the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
