Maintenance/Electromechanical Technician

TEEMA has partnered with a 3D Printing and Manufacturing Services client on an exciting opportunity at a company that has been around over 200 Years!

They are looking for 1st and 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians to help maintain and trouble shoot their state-of-the-art equipment.

Location: Boston, MA

Salary: $60-90k depending on experience

Shift: Either 7am-3:30PM or 2:30-11PM

Responsibilities

- Responsible for general facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting

- Conducts basic maintenance and repair of the facility, including interior, exterior, and vital systems, (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service

- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments

- Detect faulty operations, and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision

- Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures

- Execute job orders regarding the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations

- Provide assistance and support to the mechanical team

- Work with vendors on new equipment installation and utilize vendor resources for training

- Responsible for any facility work when needed

Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician

- Experience in Plumbing or as an electrician is nice to have

- Experience with Hydraulics is nice to have

- Experience with Electrical and PLC controls
