You must have Maintenance experience with a good work history!
Other Must haves:
- Electrical experience
- Plumbing experience
- Must know how to use electrical and plumbing tools
- Must learn and understand hatchery laws, as it falls under agriculture rules.
- Must be able to troubleshoot
- Must submit to background and drug screen
- Must not be afraid to get down and dirty
Pay starts at $19.00 and up based on experience
40-50 hours a week, they do work holidays, but it is double time. Sometimes on call on weekends, but you are paid 4 hours even if you are there for 15 minutes.
This is temp to perm and once you go perm there is a huge incentive
