```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Being physically capable of lifting 80 lbs.
- Must have valid NYS drivers license
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work on ladders.
- Must be able to take on-call service for emergencies.
- Repairing and maintaining buildings and grounds
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical, plumbing issues
- Conducting general facilities maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

- Technical skills in electrical/ plumbing
- Customer service-oriented mindset to effectively communicate with internal shareholderholders and tenants to address their needs.
- Proficient in facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent with verbal and written communication skills in English

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
