Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs - Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, and conveyors - Fabricate and weld metal components as needed - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders - Leadership skills to effectively coordinate with other team members Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
