Maintenance man needed for condominium on Marco Island

Full time position: change lights, pressure wash, touch up paint, etc...

Perform general and preventive maintenance of the property. Major Areas of Responsibility: Are as follows, but not limited too!!! Replace Light Bulbs, outlets, trip breakers & Photocells working properly, Replace Light Bulbs. Irrigation:  Clocks set & maintained, Paint:  Touch up as needed. Paint as assigned; all equipment cleaned & ready to be used. Ensure proper & clean drop clothes ready.

Plumbing:  Ensures no leaks, repair leaks and inform your supervisor immediately, Cleaning pools, arranging pool furniture, light janitorial duties pool care, testing water chemistry balance (will train), dusting cobwebs, wiping rails, pick up debris on premises, Cleaning dumpster areas, investigate water leaks, cleaning elevator cabs, Clean public restrooms - pool bathroom, clean showers, sinks, clean lobby floors, seep walkways, pressures walkways, sweeps stairs wells and clean railings.

Report any problem to supervisor immediately.
