Here's what you'll do:

• Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner

• Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, and appliances

• Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Property Manager

• Have knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance such as, but not limited to, drills, saws, volt/gas meters, key machine, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders, etc.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• At least one (1) year of maintenance experience is preferred, preferably in a residential property setting.

• Exposure to and training in appliances, carpentry, drywall/painting, electricity, or HVAC is a plus.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TOOLS:

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record in last 3 years, and auto insurance.

• Must be willing to attend training sessions and obtain additional certifications as needed.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm; on call rotation
