Hudson Grove Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technicianbased out of our Holiday Gardens Portfolio, to help support 3 communities (168 units) located in Lakewood and Wheat Ridge, CO.

• $1,000.00 Hiring Bonus: $200 paid on the 1st paycheck, $300.00 after 6 months, and $500.00 after 1 year of employment

What You Will Be Doing

In this working role, you will perform all the essential upkeep tasks throughout these communities. You’ll have opportunities to interact with our residents, team members, and vendors every day. No two days will be the same! Your experience and knowledge will help prepare vacant apartments for our next resident, which will include general repairs and sometimes minor painting. You will work to respond to and resolve work orders. You will handle snow removal for these communities when it's needed, following our guidelines.

You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday. Your start and end times will be determined based on your needs and the needs of the communities you support. You will take turns responding to on-call emergencies with your co-workers. Each on-call rotation earns a weekly on-call stipend, paid directly to you even if you’re not called to the property.

Specifically, our next Maintenance Technician:

• Lives within a 10-mile radius of Holiday Gardens Apartments located in Lakewood. The nearest major cross streets are Pierce St. and Colfax Ave.
• Brings basic apartment, home, facilities, hospitals, hotel, retail or commercial real estate maintenance skills
• Has a personal set of general tools, including a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded plyers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure
• Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.
