Maintenance Technician

Unlimited Work available for growing property management company in the Stark and Summit County area.

Looking for reliable property (commercial and residential) Maintenance Technicians. Pay between $20.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience. Must have valid Id, transportation and tools. This is a general contractor position must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring and rehabs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
