Job Summary:
To fix, repair, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical throughout CHC buildings.
Qualifications:

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some trade school preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
- Current and valid State of Florida driver's license required.

- Ability to be a team player.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and good judgment skills.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Must have general mathematical skills.
- Knowledge on reading and using a ruler and or other measuring tools.
- Must have basic computer skills to include ability to utilize the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and multimedia.
Other requirements:
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Required to travel to all CHC locations.
