Ingram Content Group (ICG)is hiring for a Maintenance Technician IIto contribute to our operations team in Jackson, TN. Under limited supervision, the Maintenance Technician II is held responsible for performing complex diagnostics and repairs relating to manufacturing equipment. They will ensure that all equipment in the manufacturing facility is maintained properly by performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment to OEM standards. They will also partner with leadership in daily support to internal customers and maintenance team.

Schedule:
D Shift: Wednesday-Friday 7pm-7am + every other Saturday 7pm-7am
What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a facility maintenance position, with 2+ years in electrical repair.
• 2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experience.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate equipment failures and provide complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.
• Ensure repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements.
• Perform complex technical duties, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
• Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and makes necessary repairs; reporting any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Operate motorized equipment as necessary for driving and repairs to include forklift, order selector, pallet jack, floor sweeper, etc.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Help maintain documentation for facility and equipment.
• Willingness in taking a hands-on approach as a leader, providing daily direction and guidance and leading team building efforts

Essential Physical Demands:

• Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
• Ability to stand and/or walk continuously during the assigned shift.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 100lbs during the assigned shift - 30lbs or less continuously, 50lbs frequently, and 100lbs occasionally.
• Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
• Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends.
• Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
• Depth perception
• Ability to see in color
• Ability to see objects in close proximity as well as at a distance
• Peripheral vision
• Ability to adjust sight focus
• Willingness and ability to be equipment certified and able to meet physical requirements of equipment operator
• Willingness and ability to work to heights of 30 feet
