Description
Performs semiskilled work assisting in the maintenance and repair of County buildings and facilities, and work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Maintenance Foreman and Public Buildings Director.
Minimum Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED and one to three years of direct experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or mechanical work in a similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
