II. Job Summary：
Responsible for abrupt equipment failure maintenance, preventive equipment maintenance, and fulfilling tasks assigned by Equipment Maintenance Manager;
NO.Representative Duties1Responsible for equipment reactive and preventive maintenance and lubrication; reduce equipment downtime and quantity of scraped product due to equipment issue for responsible area2Responsible for Mechanical repairs and some Electrical repairs of production equipment upon failures; perform reactive maintenance/fix according to equipment breakdown calls during on-duty shift, arrange work orders according to production urgency and priority;3Perform routine equipment inspection, identify potential failure risks and take action to prevent downtime; Make timely recommendations to supervisor for potential equipment failures 4Actively participate in continuous improvement program; Responsible for completing reactive items, projects, and continuous improvement work orders as assigned5Perform complex calculations to determine standards for equipment installation6Assist with new equipment installation and debugging7Fabricate and weld equipment as needed to include, tig, arch, mig, flux wire.8Train production staff on equipment S.O.P. and daily equipment 5S procedures9Ensure company safety policies are strictly adhered to; Responsible for ensuring all actions are compliant with OSHA requirements10Communicate all areas of concern with supervisor11Responsible for compiling spare parts list needed for equipment12Research upgraded parts and equipment for plant operation 13Attend weekly meeting with management staff14Complete work orders and downtime records for all repairs completed15Liaison between departments within the scope of their authority 16Maintain equipment 5S17Assist equipment manufacturers and contractors as needed for equipment updates and warranty break down repairs18Accountable for company owned tools, equipment, and F-class consumable materials assigned to them19Responsible for briefing oncoming maintained shifts of daily breakdowns and equipment concerns 20Conduct regular round of responsible areas21Other duties as assigned22Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeIⅤ. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.ExperienceAt least two years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Electrowelding certificate EducationJunior college or above, major in mechinery, electric or relevant majors; Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required o stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Visual acuity including, but not limited to:
a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded.
b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions.
c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are.
d. COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
e. FIELD OF VISION - Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position
are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots.
