Form of workMiddlebrook Farms at Trumbull is searching for a PT Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be a valued member of the plant operations team! This role will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our facility to ensure that it is safe and comfortable for our residents.

Approximately 20 hours per week.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes room turns
Works effectively within the work-order system
Demonstrates excellent mechanical skills
Completes daily work orders
Performs general maintenance work (light electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.)
