Our Burkburnett TX Fiber Glass Systems manufacturing location is seeking a motivated individual to join our Global Family for an immediate job opportunity in Maintenance. This position is scheduled days or nights for 3-on/4-off, then 4-on/3-off, for 12-hour shifts which rotate days of the week. Days are 7 am-7 pm and Nights are 7 pm-7 am.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Maintenance Manager and/or Facility Manager to establish a program to eliminate downtime in trouble areas.
- Repair production equipment safely and as quickly as possible after a breakdown
- Work on assigned projects
- Fabricate and install new equipment
- Maintain machinery according to Preventative Maintenance Program
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Utilize safe work habits
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must have background in mechanical and electrical repair with use of shop tools.
- 2-5 years of general industrial maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work overtime and shift work as required (rotating day and night shifts required).
- Forklift license preferred.
- Ability to read precision gauges.
- Ability to use hand tools correctly and safely.
- Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required.
- Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read drawings, instructions, or repair and assembly operations.
- Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, and Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily.
- Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily.
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly.
