Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for the maintenance of all Buildings and equipment, collaborating with other maintenance positions to achieve departmental goals.

What You'll Do:

• Project Expertise: Design, fabricate, and generate materials lists for projects with minimal instruction.
• Maintenance: Perform building maintenance, recognize and solve problems, and assist in construction projects.
• Equipment Operation: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units and maintain equipment.
• Safety Focus: Follow safety-related policies, rules, and regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Training: Assist in training others as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Three to five years of building/facilities maintenance experience, basic electrical experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tech Skills: Basic computer skills and software use.
• Language Skills: Clear communication in English.
• Mathematical Acumen: Strong math skills.
• Certifications: Certified Forklift operator and valid driver's license. Electrical and HVAC experience a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to walk, stand, use hands, climb, and lift/move 25-50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform these functions for a minimum of 8 hours straight.

Commitment and Availability:

Regular attendance and punctuality are fundamental requirements. You must also be available for overtime work when necessary.
