If so, Vanguard Crossing Apartments is looking for a Maintenance Technician like you to ensure the efficient operations, safety, and maintenance of our 202-unit multi-family community in Clayton, MO.
Guided by our core values of respect, integrity, innovation, and dedication, the Maintenance Technician will work directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community beautiful and well-maintained in order to realize our mission to deliver superior service.
The successful candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. We will rely on you to be a key member of the maintenance team to anticipate, identify, and correct all problems throughout the property.
To thrive in this role you must use your previous experience in residential maintenance, or related industry, to cultivate exceptional resident satisfaction by being prompt, courteous, and efficient. Servicing our community involves a few key functions, including, but not limited to, the completion of apartment turns, general plumbing, electrical, and maintenance work, and daily huddles to keep work moving and the team on track.
You will actively participate in completing service requests utilizing our paperless system, handle pool and grounds care, and assist in snow removal when required. A high level of competency and communication with all staff, residents, and professional associates is a must.
Must be available for Monday-Friday. Shared on-call rotation on weekends with other Banner owned properties in the area. On-call bonus included!
HVAC certification and/or experience is preferred. CPO License preferred – or willing to obtain.
