In this role, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment, working with high voltage, and other related duties.

Pay Rate
Starting at $23 per hour based on experience.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs to maintain production efficiency.
- Set up packaging and filling equipment in accordance with product specifications.
- Identify and correct problems on the filling line to minimize downtime.
- Complete preventative maintenance requirements and address potential breakdowns to ensure equipment reliability.
- Properly implement and read computer coding for all equipment, including electrical or mechanical adjustments, inspections, and minor repairs.
- Maintain daily downtime sheets and submit them to the Plant Manager at the end of each shift. Document these issues on the downtime log.
- Maintain weekly reports and logs for submittal to the Plant Manager.
- Work in compliance with all OSHA standards and guidelines.
- Assume other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- More than 2 years experience in Industrial Equipment Maintenance on pressurized mechanical equipment or HVAC experience.
- Previous welding experience is required.
- Prior experience reading and inputting computer code for industrial equipment.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to operate both mechanical and power-operated tools.
- Drug screening and background check.
