Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on building interior and exterior.
- Maintain material and supply inventory.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
- Will perform basic maintenance of the property and apartments including plumbing, and electrical.
- Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
- Travel to worksite (some on-call as required)

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload.

Work Environment:
While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly is required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing. The employee must frequently lift/and or move objects over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, perception and ability to adjust focus.
Required Education Experience:
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
Work Authorization:
Authorization to work in the United States
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
