The range for this role is $19.23 - $24.52/hour
Actual base pay will be determined based on a successful candidate's work location, skills/abilities, experience, and education. This role includes opportunity to receive an annual bonus target of 5% of annual eligible earnings. Actual bonus amounts are determined by length of time in role, individual performance, and organizational performance.

The Job
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of Christian Care Ministry's building, vehicles, and grounds at our Melbourne, FL headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess a wide array of skills and knowledge relating to basic hands-on, preventative maintenance of a facility. This knowledge would include, but is not limited to: the troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as duties like and painting, drywall repair, sanitizing, assembling and moving furniture, and conducting inventory of parts and supplies.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete work orders assigned to the Facilities Department
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Basic drywall repair
- Pain drywall, metal, block, stucco and concrete
- Ground maintenance
- Clean offices, conference rooms, cubicles, etc.
- Assemble, move, and rearrange furniture
- Inventory, organize, and order parts and supplies
- Drive company vehicles as requested
- Operate a one-person lift
- Stock break room supplies and maintain coffee machine services
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Perform life safety inspections
- Contribute to the exercise and expression of Christian Care Ministry's Christian beliefs
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years' experience in facilities maintenance required
- Must have hands-on building maintenance experience
