Job Description
Under the supervision of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician performs a variety of general maintenance tasks. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of:
- Building and facility maintenance.
- Plumbing and electrical systems.
- Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric and water).
- Groundskeeping and landscape.
- Swimming pool maintenance.
- General carpentry.
Must be:
- Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
Experience:
- 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus).
SCHEDULE:
- 20-24 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule, Monday-Friday. Days and hours to be determined at the time of hire
