This is a full-time position, with typical hours being Monday through Friday. Additionally, occasional Saturday shifts are required. On-call duties are rotated among team members for emergency maintenance outside regular hours.
PAY & PERKS
We offer this apartment position a competitive pay range of $20 - $25 per hour and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401(k) plan with immediate vesting, a wellness program, and much more!
ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB?
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience
- HVAC certification
As a Maintenance Technician, you meticulously prepare apartment units for new residents, ensuring they move into a clean, comfortable, and fully functional home. Throughout the day, you are the go-to person for addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. You ensure cleanliness and upkeep when you enter units.
