Our client is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech you will be part of the facilities department supporting operations, The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing maintenance, troubleshooting and safety procedures which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician (2nd shift)
Location: Fort Lauderdale
What’s the Job?
- Responsible for installing, removing, rebuilding, maintaining and troubleshooting all conveyor, robotic electrical and mechanical systems.
- Maintenance and repair of all industrial equipment including hoists, forklifts, chillers, overhead and office lighting, CNC's, sanders, grinders, mills and lathes.
- PLC programs, ability to troubleshoot ladder logic(read use troubleshooting), components (CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules and devices) and communications moduels (Ethernet).
- Worked on-call 24/7 and overtime as required.
What’s Needed?
- 3 years performing maintenance in industrial manufacturing
- Experience in pneumatic, hydraulic and fluid systems
- Experience in safety procedures and working with hand tools
