What will you be doing?
- Property Maintenance:
- Cost Control
- Customer Service
- Safety/Risk Management
- Self Management
What do you bring?
- Positive, can-do attitude
- CPO, HVAC, EPA certification is desired, or the ability to obtain certification based on property requirements.
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of maintenance experience is preferred. Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment. General computer experience preferred. Current and valid driver’s license with safe driving record required.
