Job Title:Maintenance Technician
Shift: 2nd shift- 3:00p-11:00p
3rd shift- 11:00p-7:00a
**Shift differential offered $1.75
Hourly Rate: $28-32/hourly based on experience.
Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:
- Repairing and maintaining a variety of machinery and mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
- Utilizing diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer's specifications, hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments to perform maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshooting equipment failures to identify and resolve issues.
- Conducting preventative and scheduled maintenance, as well as repairs, on machinery, equipment, and buildings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, fabrication, or extrusion is highly beneficial.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities using critical thinking and creative troubleshooting strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with fellow employees
