Your day-to-day as a Maintenance technician with us:
- Maintenance Technician preforms routine Maintenance and repairs to building furniture, and equipment.
- Performs preventive maintenance functions and replaces and installs lights, fixtures and equipment as needed.
- Assists with furniture moves, set-up and tear-down for special events, installing and removing signage & banners, and other property maintenance needs as assigned to ensure a positive impression for our guests.
Qualifications (Choose One)
- Extensive Knowledge of light and heavy maintenance equipment.
- Valid New York State driver's license (or ability to obtain one upon establishing residency).
- At least 2 years’ experience in general maintenance including carpentry, plumbing and/or electrical.
