Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring the uptime of equipment through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You'll work with various production equipment, including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. You'll also handle facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, air compressors, Reverse Osmosis, and other water filtration equipment. You'll collaborate with machine Operators, Supervisors, Preventative Maintenance Mechanics, and Sr. Maintenance Technicians to resolve mechanical issues that arise during shifts.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance environment or field.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
- Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
- Preferred: Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries.
- Preferred: Experience with variable frequency drive (VFD), servo drives, and servo motor.
- Preferred: Skilled in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding (mig, tig or stick).
